Review: Halloween Fun at Paultons Park for Tweens and Teens
This October half term we visited Paultons Park to experience their halloween fun.
My three are now 15, 12 and 10 so the days of Peppa Pig World are way behind them now, but Paultons Park has so much to offer older families these days.
I have to say that Paultons Park really know how to stage an event and the spooky season is no different, with fun displays throughout the park.
This was the first time that we managed to persuade all three kids and their friends to ride ALL of the big rides.
The real selling point of Paultons Park is their short queue times, even in half term. Our longest wait was about 20 minutes, but some of the rides we almost walked straight on to.
The thrill rides include rollercoasters; Velociraptor, Flight of the Pterosaur, Cobra and Storm Chaser.
Then there is the Cyclonator which swings and spins you to a height of 25m, the Magma drop ride and The Edge, which spins you through the air and makes you feel like you are floating.
There are also the fairground type rides which include the Sky Swinger, Dragon roundabout, pirate ship and tea cups, which are equally loved.
Even the water rides weren’t out of bounds despite it being October!!
The best bit of the day for us, was they they had late night opening until 7.30pm. Not only did this mean we got 9 hours in the park, but we also got to ride the rollercoasters in the dark, which really adds to the thrill.
The The Halloween Spooktacular takes place between Thursday 12th and Monday 30th of October 2023.
Have you paid them a visit recently?
