This weekend we were invited to review AirJumpX, a brand new super-sized inflatable obstacle course at the Sir David English Sports Centre in Bournemouth.

This massive inflatable, which fills the sports hall, is packed with interactive challenges and thrills.

AirJumpX features include climbs, jumps and tumbles, parkour-style sections, a slam dunk, giant slides, a jelly mountain, wipeout balls, an assault course, and more.

AirJumpX is suitable for children aged 5 and over, although some of the bigger obstacles are more suitable for tweens, teens and enthusiastic Mum’s and Dad’s, who all seemed to enjoy joining in.

Sessions last 50 minutes and prices are £12 per person (£8 for customers with a BH Live Active membership). Children aged 5-8 years old must to be accompanied by a full-paying adult.

We all had a brilliant time and I had to ditch my camera for the second half of the session as I wanted to join in.

There is a small seating area in front of the inflatable for those who don’t want to join in. I would recommend taking drinks with you though, as the vending machines in the sports centre are very pricey.
