KARA GUPPY
Bournemouth
Are we nearly there yet? is a new online blog run by me, Kara Guppy, and is named as such thanks to my daughter Eliza who always asks that very question when we are less than 5 minutes up the road heading off on our adventures. You may know me from my other family blog chelseamamma.co.uk

Love this photo! We visited a few years ago with our friends who live in Weymouth and it was beautiful – made for some fantastic photos.

It is Portland in Dorset and over looks Chesil Beach 🙂

We stopped off there a few years ago, and there was another family there, who hogged it, climbing all over so we couldn’t get photos. So selfish that people don’t always think about having ther ‘turn’ and then giving others a chance. It’s a lovely view
Kara
I had to wait for a family doing the same

Is that Weymouth? the sea front looks familiar but I don’t remember the rings, I do remember the sailing being from there though.
Kara
It is Portland 🙂

I remember the sailing events being based in Weymouth for the Olympics which I thought was funny as it is so far from London. Nice reminder of the event.
